Orders
Orders made on www.cup-of-vintage.com and sub websites are only for private use and not intended for re-sale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Cup of Vintage reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Cup of Vintage shall not be held liable in case of unavailability of products. Cup of Vintage reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Payments
Cup of Vintage displays prices in, and accepts payments in HKD. We securely accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, FPS, PayMe.
Shipping
Cup of Vintage offers free shipping on orders above certain amount spent (please refer to our delivery policy). We will let you know if you are qualified for Free Shipping at check-out. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Cup of Vintage.
Current estimated delivery times: 5-7 business days for Hong Kong, 7-14 business days for Macau. Estimated delivery times may be faster depending on whether you have upgraded to express shipping.
Any loss of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer will not be re-shipped or refunded.
Taxes and Duties
Cup of Vintage covers taxes and duties. All taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by the Customer.
Returns
Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving an order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by Cup of Vintage or its’ partner warehouses.
Warranty
Cup of Vintage guarantees our jewelry pieces to be free of any manufacturing defect for One year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
